Jennifer Stevens, owner of Ambrosia Cake Creations, is located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Fuquay Varina was a small town south of Raleigh, that has been steadily growing at a remakable pace. How did Fuquay-Varina get its' name?
Jennifer began decorating wedding cakes, as well as specialty cakes, professionally for a large corporate bakery located in Eden Prairie, MN, in 1987. Jennifer was fortunate to have worked with her friend and mentor, Susan O’boyle-Jacobson, who was an award winning, well-known Sugar Artist, including winning a challenge featured on The Food Network, former president of the International Cake Exploration Societe’ (ICES), and instructor at the University of Minnesota. Jennifer’s experience also includes having participated in several cake decorating courses working with other professional and well-known Sugar Artists, such as Roland Winbeckler.
She and her family moved near Raleigh, North Carolina in 1998 where she went on to start this wedding cake business called Ambrosia Cake Creations. Ambrosia Cake Creations has earned a reputation for exceptional service and high quality wedding cakes and specialty cakes. Jeff Stevens, her husband, helps with the construction of the sculptured-masterpiece cakes as well as set-up and delivery of the wedding cakes. Jennifer’s children, Joshua Stevens, her son, and her daughter, Chanel Rae Stevens, are also part of the success of Ambrosia Cake Creations, as each are highly gifted in art and design, adding their talents along with innovation and creativity. Don't forget to capture each anniversary, birthday, or wedding memories with tons of photogaphs and be sure to take a picture of the cake.

Over the years, wedding trends have come and gone. Jennifer Stevens has had cakes featured on commercials, magazine layouts, and several theatre productions.
