Jennifer Stevens, owner of Ambrosia Cake Creations, is located in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina.
Jennifer started decorating professionally for a large corporate bakery located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in 1987. She and her family moved to North Carolina in 1998 where she went on to start Ambrosia Cake Creations. Jeff Stevens, her husband, helps with the construction of the masterpiece-sculpture cakes; her son, Josh, and daughter, Chanel, add their talents as well as they are both gifted in art and innovative with design and creative thinking.
Over the years, wedding trends have come and gone. We continue to learn new techniques and designs to accommodate the brides of today and future brides who come to us to for their centerpiece wedding cake.
